Subprocessors & Service Providers
Key providers currently used to deliver Avieo. Some providers may act as processors, subprocessors or independent controllers depending on the activity.

Platform and integration providers
Base44 may use its own infrastructure and subprocessors to provide platform, email, AI-assisted and integration functionality. Where Avieo uses those platform services to process customer personal data, the applicable provider contractual and transfer safeguards form part of the service chain.
Changes
We may update providers where reasonably necessary to operate, secure or improve Avieo. Where a customer is entitled to advance notice of a new subprocessor under the Data Processing Agreement, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, this page or direct communication.
International processing
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where restricted transfers are made, Avieo will rely on an applicable adequacy regulation, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum, or another lawful transfer safeguard as appropriate.
