Acceptable Use Policy

These rules protect Avieo, its customers, users and the people whose information customers process.

1. Lawful use

You may use Avieo only for lawful business or personal purposes. You must have the authority and an appropriate legal basis to upload, use, share or otherwise process documents and personal information.

2. Prohibited use

  • Fraud, deception, harassment, unlawful discrimination or other unlawful activity.
  • Uploading or sharing content that infringes privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights.
  • Malware, credential theft, phishing, security testing without permission, or attempts to bypass access controls.
  • Accessing another company workspace, account, document or personal data without authorisation.
  • Using automated means to overload the Service, evade plan limits, scrape restricted data or interfere with availability.
  • Storing passwords, authentication secrets or full payment-card data in general-purpose fields or Business Memory.

3. Sensitive information

Avieo may be used for ordinary employee and business administration. Customers should avoid uploading special-category, criminal-offence or other highly sensitive information unless it is necessary, lawful, appropriately protected and compatible with the features being used.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, preserve service security or address a material breach. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
